Description
A buggy is the two-seater way to do the Agafay — you drive, or bring someone who does, with a roll cage around you and a guide leading the way. One hour is plenty to feel what these machines do on open rocky ground: quicker, more planted and a lot more comfortable over rough terrain than a quad.
After the briefing you follow the guide along tracks and dry beds across the plateau, Atlas on the horizon. It suits couples and friends who’d rather share the ride, and anyone who wants the desert-driving thrill without straddling a quad. Helmets provided; you’ll still get dusty.
Good to know
- Two people per buggy, one driving.
- Closed shoes and clothes for dust.
- Late afternoon for the light; about 40 minutes from Marrakech.
