Combine the High Atlas at Imlil, gateway to Mount Toubkal, with a night in the Agafay desert. Day one you explore Berber villages, walnut groves and mountain viewpoints on a walk suited to your group; in the evening we head to Agafay for a sunset camel ride, dinner and an overnight in a luxury camp — before returning you to Marrakech.
Your 2-day itinerary
- Day 1 — Imlil & High Atlas: private departure from Marrakech, drive through the Kik plateau to Imlil, guided walk among Berber villages and walnut groves at the foot of Toubkal, lunch with valley views.
- Day 1 evening — Agafay desert: transfer to Agafay, sunset camel ride, Moroccan mint tea, dinner and overnight in a luxury desert camp.
- Day 2 — back to Marrakech: breakfast in the desert, then private transfer back to Marrakech or the airport with a safety margin.

Can I combine Imlil and Agafay in two days?
Yes. Day one is spent in the Imlil valley in the High Atlas; in the evening we drive to the Agafay desert for a camel ride, dinner and an overnight in a luxury camp, then bring you back to Marrakech on day two.
Do I need to be fit for the Imlil walk?
No. The guided walk is done at your own pace and adapted to your group, including families; sturdy shoes are recommended. Longer hikes toward the Toubkal refuges can be arranged on request.
What is the overnight in Agafay like?
You sleep in a private tented camp with a real bed, dinner and breakfast included, stars overhead and a sunrise over the stony desert.
